Pumpkin's Marmelade

Recipe:
1 red pumpkin (1kg)
1 fresh coconut grated (1/2kg)
3 glasses of white sugar (200ml)
10 cloves
a litlle bit of salt

How to do:
Cook the pumpkin with a little water and after mash all the pumpkin like puree.
After this put the sugar, coconut, cloves and the salt.
Cook about 30 minutes at low temperature, mixing many times becouse the water have to dried.
And then....... enjoy yourself!!!
